If you are paying for registration/renewal you can follow the Paypal link to pay online. If you are paying by cheque you may want to print the form before submitting and skip the paypal link to pay by cheque/money order or to just submit the your updated information. You are mailing your payment as per form address to the treasurer.
Membership renewal is from November 1 to October 31st. Membership fee is $40 or $20 for Students.
